Leasing/Hire definition
Leasing/Hire means all those contracts, engagements or orders Agreements" entered into on or prior to the Completion Date by or on behalf of the Vendor in relation to the leasing, lease purchase or hire of goods or equipment for use in the Business which on the Completion Date remain to be performed in whole or in part;
