Leave Day means a day on which an admitted patient is on leave from a hospital without being discharged from that hospital—
Leave Day. A leave day is used for computing earned leave and is equivalent to a 12- hour working day for a 56-hour per week employee, or is equivalent to an 8-hour working day for a 40-hour per week employee. Minimum Qualification Actors must also successfully complete a certification process for the classification in which they are to act, administered by the Division of Training, before they are allowed to act in the specified classification.
Leave Day. One of the five work days, usually consecutive and usually Monday through Friday, during a week of the academic year, such that the hours equal one-fifth (1/5) of a standard work week of forty (40) hours for a full- time faculty member, used for purposes of standardized leave accounting.

Leave Day means any calendar day during which the recipient leaves the fa- cility and is absent overnight, and all subsequent, consecutive calendar days. An overnight absence from the facility of less than 23 hours does not constitute a leave day. Neverthe- less, if the recipient is absent from the facility to participate in active programming of the facility under the personal direction and observation of facility staff, the day shall not be considered a leave day regardless of the number of hours of the recipient's absence. For purposes of this item, "calendar day" means the 24 hour period ending at midnight.
