Legacy Marks definition

Legacy Marks means the legacy RA Certified Seal and the ▇▇▇ logo (each as set forth in the Trademarks Schedule).
Legacy Marks has the meaning given to it in Clause 16.2;

Examples of Legacy Marks in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in these License Terms and Conditions to the contrary, the following rules apply to the use of the Legacy Marks for cocoa and cocoa derivative Certified Products.

  • If ORGANIZATION has more than 500 cocoa product SKUs in the market as of June 1, 2020 bearing Legacy ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ will permit up to 15% of those SKUs to carry the Legacy Marks until December 31, 2022, at which point all cocoa products must be fully transitioned to the Rainforest Alliance People and Nature seal.

  • ORGANIZATION acknowledges that RA is phasing out the use of the Legacy Marks with respect to cocoa and cocoa derivative Certified Products.

Related to Legacy Marks

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

  • Company Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and/or service names of the Company.

  • Seller Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.

  • Product Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.
