Legacy Portfolio definition

Legacy Portfolio means the existing portfolio of securities, cash and/or other assets identified by the Client to be restructured in a Transition.
Legacy Portfolio means the complete Verified Asset List of securities subject to the Transition, as defined in Exhibit A-2, Section 2, prior to placement in the IPOPIF Account.
Legacy Portfolio means, as at the Restructuring Date, the Assets in the Collateral Portfolio as at such date and on any day after the Restructuring Date, any Assets in the Collateral Portfolio other than Substitute Assets and Exempted Substitute Assets.

More Definitions of Legacy Portfolio

Legacy Portfolio means the gross assets transferred to the Company by operation of the Exchange; “Exchange” means the exchange of units in TCW Direct Lending LLC for common stock of the Company by a unitholder pursuant to the exchange offer commenced on , 2018; and “Subsequent Portfolio” means the gross assets acquired or originated by the Company on or after the consummation of the Exchange (which for the avoidance of doubt shall exclude the Legacy Portfolio).

  • Treasury Portfolio means, as applicable, the Remarketing Treasury Portfolio or the Special Event Treasury Portfolio.

  • Note A-3 Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-3 Securitization.
