Legacy Units definition

Legacy Units means the Legacy Class A Units and the Legacy Class B Units;
Legacy Units means the Class A Units, the Class B Units and the Class C Units, in each case, as defined in the Second Amended Agreement.
Legacy Units means the classes of units described in the Unit Designation – Legacy Units included as Exhibit F.

More Definitions of Legacy Units

Legacy Units has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Legacy Units means collectively, the Legacy Class A Units and the Legacy Class B Units, individually or collectively, as the context requires. Legacy Units are not Partnership Common Units.
Legacy Units means the sum of the issued and outstanding Legacy Class A Units and the outstanding Legacy Class B Units, in each case, as of immediately prior to the Effective Time, and the number of Legacy Class B Units that would be issued upon exercise of the Company Options outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.

Related to Legacy Units

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • Deferred Stock Units means the number of hypothetical Shares subject to an Election.

  • Class A Common Unit means a Common Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Common Units in this Agreement.

  • Class B Common Unit means one of that certain class of Common Units with those special rights and obligations specified in this Agreement as being appurtenant to a “Class B Common Unit”.

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.

  • Share Units means the hypothetical Shares that are credited to the Share Unit Accounts in accordance with Section 5.3.

  • Class B Common Stock means the Class B common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.

  • Common Unit means a common unit representing a limited partner interest in the Partnership having the rights set forth in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.

  • DSUs means the outstanding deferred share units issued under the DSU Plan.

  • Parent Stock Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).

  • SpinCo Shares means the shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of SpinCo.

  • Core Units means such Units of the Trust that are issued to Core Investors with the condition that these are not redeemable for a period of two years from the close of the First Offer Period. Such Units are transferable with this condition, but otherwise shall rank pari passu with all other Units, save for this restriction. Any transfer of the Core Units, during the first two years of their issue as mentioned herein, shall be affected only on the receipt by the Registrar of a written acceptance of this condition by the transferee.
