Legal Completion definition

Legal Completion means completion of a legal transfer of a freehold interest or the completion of the grant of a leasehold interest (as appropria te);
Legal Completion means that each of the following conditions has been satisfied, as determined by ▇▇▇ (in consultation with the Independent Engineer) and confirmed by ▇▇▇ in writing:

Examples of Legal Completion in a sentence

  • It is therefore permissible to exchange contracts with less than a 5% deposit, as long as the full balance is paid at Legal Completion.

  • In the event that keys are not realeased on the New Property on arrival and Legal Completion is significantly delayed, S ▇▇▇▇▇ Ltd (Trading as ▇▇▇▇▇ Removals) reserves the right to charge additional fees for any time over and above that originally quoted in this agreement.

  • S ▇▇▇▇▇ Ltd (Trading as ▇▇▇▇▇ Removals) will ensure that there is a suitbale amount of vans, lorrys and staff available to ensure that all chattles are removed in time for Legal Completion.

  • Legal Completion: the point in which the funds for the sale of the Current Property are received by the Property Owner(s) lawyer and keys are released to the Buyer as determined by the legal telephone call on the day of completion.

  • You will be liable to pay S ▇▇▇▇▇ Ltd the full Removal Fee stated on page 1 of this Agreement on Legal Completion.

  • S ▇▇▇▇▇ Ltd has sole removal rights from the date of this Agreement to the date in which Legal Completion takes place.

  • If our invoice is not paid in full 48 hours after Legal Completion, the Company reserve the right to charge a late fee of £200 and interest on the unpaid balance at 4% above the base rate for the time being of Natwestminster Bank PLC from the date of Legal Completion until payment of our invoice is received in full.

  • All invoices are to be paid in full on the Removal Date as notified to the Property Owner(s) by the Company and payment is required in full no later than 48 hours after Legal Completion.
