Legal Construction. In case any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby, and this Agreement shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.

Legal Construction. This Agreement is binding upon the parties hereto, and their personal representatives, successors, heirs and assigns. If this Agreement is signed by more than one person, it shall constitute the joint and several obligations of each. This Agreement contains the entire Agreement of the parties and cannot be changed except by the written agreement of the parties hereto.
