Legal Information definition

Legal Information means the name and address of the producer, the alcohol content, the volume and the contents of the Entry or such other information required by law in the country of origin.
Legal Information means sub- stantive legal information not tailored to address a person’s specific problem and that does not involve applying legal judgment or recommending a spe- cific course of action.
Legal Information means general factual information about the law and the legal process. Legal information is different from legal advice, which involves giving guidance regarding an individual’s legal rights and obligations in light of his or her particular facts and circumstances. Legal information is neutral.
