Executive acknowledges that Confidential Commercial Information derives independent economic value, actual or potential, from not being generally known to, and not being readily ascertainable by proper means by, other persons who can obtain economic value from its disclosure or use, and that the Company has made efforts that are reasonable under the circumstances to maintain the secrecy of Confidential Commercial Information.
To the fullest extent possible, Shared Employees should avoid access to Commercial Information for any Partnership Entities for which they do not perform Commercial and Development Activities.
