Home Page means the Borrower’s corporate home page on the World Wide Web accessible through the Internet via the universal resource locator (URL) identified as xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx or such other universal resource locator that it shall designate in writing to the Agent as its corporate home page on the World Wide Web.
Information Page means https://indices.vontobel.com.
Web Page means a document on the Internet which may be viewed in its entirety without leaving the applicable distinct URL address.
Designated CMT Telerate Page means the display on Moneyline Telerate, or any successor service, on the page designated on the face hereof or any other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519). If no page is specified on the face hereof, the Designated CMT Telerate Page shall be 7052, for the most recent week.
Child day care center and "center" means any place in which child day care is provided for thirteen or more children at one time or any place that is not the permanent residence of the licensee or administrator in which child day care is provided for seven to twelve children at one time. In counting children for the purposes of this definition, any children under six years of age who are related to a licensee, administrator or employee and who are on the premises of the center shall be counted.
Declaration Page The enclosed document that forms a part of this Service Agreement, listing important information regarding You, Your Property and other vital information.
Screen Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service (including, but not limited to, the Bloomberg agency and Reuters) as may be specified hereon for the purpose of providing the Benchmark, or such other page, section, caption, column or other part as may replace it on that information service or on such other information service, in each case as may be nominated by the person or organisation providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Benchmark; and
child care centre means a building used for the daily accommodation and care of 6 or more children under 18 years of age in the absence of their parents or guardians;
Telerate Page means the display on Bridge Telerate, Inc., or any successor service, on the page or pages specified on the face hereof, or any replacement page or pages on that service.
Day Care Centre means any institution established for day care treatment of illness and/or injuries or a medical setup with a hospital and which has been registered with the local authorities, wherever applicable, and is under supervision of a registered and qualified medical practitioner and must comply with all minimum criterion as under -
Reuters Screen USPRIME1 Page means the display which appears on the display on Reuters (or any successor service) as page “USPRIME1” (or any other page as may replace such page), for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.
Day care center means any child day care facility other than a family day care home, and includes infant centers, preschools, extended day care facilities and school age child care centers.
Police Service ’ means the South African Police Service established in terms of section 5(1) of the South African Police Service Act;
Pricing Page means the pages, contained in wvOASIS or attached as Exhibit A, upon which Vendor should list its proposed price for the Contract Items.
Child care center means an entity that regularly provides child day care and early learning services for a group of children for periods of less than twenty-four hours licensed by the Washington state department of early learning under chapter 170-295 WAC.
Sexual contact means the deliberate touching of a person's intimate body parts (including lips, genitalia, groin, breast or buttocks, or clothing covering any of those areas), or using force to cause self-touching by another person of intimate body parts.
Declarations Page means the Declarations Page applicable to this Form.
Federal contract information means information, not intended for public release, that is provided by or generated for the Government under a contract to develop or deliver a product or service to the Government, but not including information provided by the Government to the public (such as on public Web sites) or simple transactional information, such as necessary to process payments.
Adult day care center means any facility that is either operated for profit or that desires licensure
Reuters Screen USPRIME 1 Page means the display designated as page "USPRIME 1" on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service, or any successor service, or any other page as may replace the USPRIME 1 Page on that service for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.
Number Portability Administration Center or "NPAC" means one (1) of the seven (7) regional number portability centers involved in the dissemination of data associated with ported numbers. The NPACs were established for each of the seven (7) original Xxxx Operating Company regions so as to cover the fifty (50) states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. territories in the North American Numbering Plan area. "Numbering Plan Area" or "NPA" is also sometimes referred to as an area code. It is a unique three-digit indicator that is defined by the "X," "X" and "C" digits of each 10-digit telephone number within the NANP. Each NPA contains 800 possible NXX Codes. There are two (2) general categories of NPA. "Geographic NPA" is associated with a defined geographic area and all telephone numbers bearing such NPA are associated with services provided within that geographic area. A "Non-Geographic NPA," also known as a "Service Access Code" (SAC Code), is typically associated with a specialized Telecommunications Service which may be provided across multiple geographic NPA areas; 500, Toll Free Service NPAs, 700, and 900 are examples of Non-Geographic NPAs. "NXX," "NXX Code," "Central Office Code," or "CO Code" is the three- (3)-digit Switch entity code which is defined by the "D," "E" and "F" digits of a ten- (10) digit telephone number within the NANP. "Operational Support Systems" or "OSS" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12. "Optional Testing" is testing conducted by CenturyLink, at the request of CLEC, that is in lieu of testing CLEC should complete to isolate trouble to the CenturyLink network prior to submitting a trouble ticket to CenturyLink.
Reuters Screen US PRIME1 Page means the display designated as page “US PRIME1” on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace the US PRIME1 page on that service for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks).
Telerate British Bankers Assoc. Interest Settlement Rates Page means the display designated as Page 3750 on the Telerate System Incorporated Service (or such other page as may replace such page on such service for the purpose of displaying the rates at which dollar deposits are offered by leading banks in the London interbank deposit market).
Policy Web Pages means the web pages available at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxx, and at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or such other URLs or Web pages as the LHIN or the Ministry may advise from time to time. Technical Contact shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.2.
Contract Signature Page(s) means the State of Utah cover page(s) that the State Entity and Contractor sign.
