Legal Panel definition

Legal Panel means a panel of Providers appointed by a Client in its sole discretion for a specified period of time, by way of a request for tender, or other agreed process, to provide specified legal advice, opinions and services to the Client on agreed terms and conditions.
Legal Panel means the panel of legal practitioners referred to in item 2(a).
