Legal Worker definition

Legal Worker means any individual, other than a Lawyer or clerical employee, who is employed by the Plan, either on a full or part-time basis, to assist a Lawyer or Cooperating Lawyer in providing Benefits.

Examples of Legal Worker in a sentence

  • A Legal Worker who is promoted to specialist shall receive a salary differential of two thousand ($2,000) per year.

  • This title shall be in Legal Worker Classification IV, as will all other non-attorney casehandlers except Social Worker with MSW.

  • The term "Legal Worker" will be employed to signify all employees in non-attorney classifications, where applicable.

  • Any Participant who, for any reason, is dissatisfied with any action or inaction of a Staff Lawyer, Cooperating Lawyer or Legal Worker in connection with the Plan has a right to complain in writing to the Director, who shall within thirty (30) days prepare a written decision and furnish the Participant with a copy of his/her written decision.

  • This title shall be in Legal Worker Classification 4, as will all other non-attorney case handlers except Social Worker with MSW.

  • Any Legal Worker currently receiving a $1,000 increase in salary for the former position of computerized case management operator shall be grandfathered in for purposes of this change.

  • A Legal Worker who is promoted to specialist shall receive a salary differential of $2,000 per year.
