Legally blind definition

Legally blind means a condition described by Section 681.001(2)(B) or (C).
Legally blind means any person with a visual acuity not exceeding 20/200 in his better eye with correcting lenses, or with a limitation in the field of vision such that the widest diameter of his visual field subtends an angle not greater than twenty degrees.
