Lemelson Patents definition
Lemelson Patents means all patents owned or claimed by Lemelson Medical, Education & Research Foundation, Limited Partnership.
Lemelson Patents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(k).
Lemelson Patents means all patents (including reexamination certificates and reissue patents) that have either issued or in the future may issue, in any country of the world with ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as a named inventor, except for those patents identified in Schedule C to this Agreement.
