Lender Hedge Agreement definition

Lender Hedge Agreement means any and all Hedge Agreements now existing or hereafter entered into between or among any Borrower Party, on the one hand, and any Person that is a Lender (or an Affiliate of a Lender) at the time such Hedge Agreement was entered into, on the other hand.
