Lender Hedging Contract definition

Lender Hedging Contract means a Hedging Contract between any Grantor and a Lender Counterparty.
Lender Hedging Contract means any Hedging Contract between any Borrower and any of its Affiliates on the one hand, and a Lender or any of its Affiliates, on the other hand.
Lender Hedging Contract. Any Hedging Contract between any Borrower and any Lender or an Affiliate of any Lender.
