Lender Plan Support Agreement definition
Lender Plan Support Agreement means that plan support agreement dated July 6, 2009, between the Debtors and certain of the Holders of Prepetition Credit Agreement Secured Claims, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Lender Plan Support Agreement means the Plan Support Agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to which the Lenders agree to support the Plan of Reorganization.
