Lender Supplement has the meaning specified in Section 2.04(c).
Lender Supplement means, with respect to any Lender, the information set forth in Schedule C to this Agreement in respect of such Lender, as it may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time by such Lender or the Lenders named therein.

Examples of Lender Supplement in a sentence
Each new lender that provides any part of any such increase in the Commitments (a “New Lender”) shall execute a New Lender Supplement (each, a “New Lender Supplement”), substantially in the form of Exhibit E, whereupon such New Lender shall become a Lender for all purposes and to the same extent as if originally a party hereto and shall be bound by and entitled to the benefits of this Agreement.

Lender Supplement means the information set forth in Schedule A to this Agreement with respect to each Lender in the JPMorgan Lender Group relating to payment and notice information and setting forth the identity and related Commitment of each such Lender With respect to the Lender Supplement for any Lender Group other than the JPMorgan Lender Group, such Lender Supplement shall contain substantially similar information.
