Lending Interest Rate definition

Lending Interest Rate means the interest rate that is based on the relative value of the Loaned Security, which is determined by several factors, including borrowing demand, the overall lendable supply of the security, short selling and hedging interest, and general market conditions.
Lending Interest Rate means 120% of the applicable PBC Interest Rate for the 3 to 5-year term-loan.

Related to Lending Interest Rate

  • Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Floating Interest Rate means the variable annual interest rate calculated for each Interest Adjustment Period so as to equal the Index Rate for such Interest Adjustment Period (truncated at the 5th decimal place if necessary) plus the Margin. However, in no event will the Floating Interest Rate exceed the Capped Interest Rate.

  • Applicable Interest Rate means the rate of interest prescribed under the Act from time to time;

  • Mortgage Interest Rate The annual rate of interest borne on a Mortgage Note.

  • Base Interest Rate means Bank's initial cost of funding the Fixed Obligations. The Prepayment Fee is calculated as follows: First, Bank determines a "Current Market Rate" based on what the Bank would receive if it loaned the remaining amount on the prepayment date in a wholesale funding market matching maturity, remaining principal and interest amounts and principal and interest payment dates (the aggregate payments received are the "Current Market Rate Amount"). Second, Bank will take the prepayment amount and calculate the present value of each remaining principal and interest payment which, without prepayment, the Bank would have received during the term of the Fixed Obligations using the Base Interest Rate. Any amount greater than zero is the Prepayment Fee.

  • Variable Interest Rate means any interest rate that does not qualify as a fixed credit interest rate;

  • Reference Interest Rate means the interest rate which is used as the basis for calculating any interest to be applied and which comes from a publicly available source which can be verified by both parties to a payment service contract;

  • Mortgage Interest Rate Cap With respect to an Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the limit on each Mortgage Interest Rate adjustment as set forth in the related Mortgage Note.
