Length (L) means 96 per cent of the total length on a waterline at 85 per cent of the least moulded depth measured from the top of the keel, or the length from the foreside of the stem to the axis of the rudder stock on that waterline, if that be greater. In ships designed with a rake of keel the waterline on which this length is measured shall be parallel to the designed waterline. The length (L) shall be measured in metres.

Stage Length The stage length is defined as the sum of the distances for the climbout maneuver, climb, cruise, and descent.

Arm’s Length has the meaning ascribed to such term for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada);
Interpolated Benchmark with respect to the Benchmark means the rate determined for the Corresponding Tenor by interpolating on a linear basis between: (1) the Benchmark for the longest period (for which the Benchmark is available) that is shorter than the Corresponding Tenor and (2) the Benchmark for the shortest period (for which the Benchmark is available) that is longer than the Corresponding Tenor.
Benchmark Unavailability Period means, the period (if any) (a) beginning at the time that a Benchmark Replacement Date has occurred if, at such time, no Benchmark Replacement has replaced the then-current Benchmark for all purposes hereunder and under any Loan Document in accordance with Section 2.14 and (b) ending at the time that a Benchmark Replacement has replaced the then-current Benchmark for all purposes hereunder and under any Loan Document in accordance with Section 2.14.
Interpolated Screen Rate means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Loan denominated in any currency for any Interest Period, a rate per annum which results from interpolating on a linear basis between (a) the applicable Screen Rate for the longest maturity for which a Screen Rate is available that is shorter than such Interest Period and (b) the applicable Screen Rate for the shortest maturity for which a Screen Rate is available that is longer than such Interest Period, in each case as of approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the Quotation Day.
Zone 2 means British Columbia and Alberta Receipt Points and Liquids Receipt Points at or upstream of the Blueberry Hill Compressor Station. ARTICLE 2 QUALITY 2.1 Subject to Articles 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7 and 21.1 hereof, Gas tendered to Transporter at Receipt Points shall conform to the following Quality Specifications:

Linear Interpolation means the straight-line interpolation by reference to two rates based on the Reference Rate or the ISDA Rate, as the case may be, one of which will be determined as if the Specified Duration were the period of time for which rates are available next shorter than the length of the affected Interest Period and the other of which will be determined as if the Specified Duration or the Designated Maturity, as the case may be, were the period of time for which rates are available next longer than the length of such Interest Period.
Relevant Screen Rate means (a) with respect to any Borrowing denominated in Dollars, the Term SOFR Screen Rate, (b) with respect to any Borrowing denominated in CAD, the CAD Screen Rate, (c) with respect to any Borrowing denominated in Euros, the EURIBO Screen Rate, (d) with respect to any Borrowing denominated in AUD, the AUD Screen Rate and (e) with respect to any Borrowing denominated in JPY, the TIBOR Screen Rate.
Duration means the warranty period. This period may be a stated period of time, amount of usage, or the occurrence of a specified event, after formal acceptance of delivery, for the Government to assert a contractual right for the correction of defects.
LIBO Screen Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “LIBO Rate”.
Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.
