Length of programme Clause Samples

The 'Length of programme' clause defines the total duration for which a particular program, project, or agreement will remain in effect. It typically specifies the start and end dates, or the total period in months or years, during which the parties are obligated to fulfill their responsibilities. For example, it may state that a training course will run for 12 months or that a service contract is valid for two years. This clause ensures all parties have a clear understanding of the time frame involved, helping to prevent misunderstandings about when obligations begin and end.
Length of programme. The length of the programme is three years of full‐time study, as per the programme overview and detailed description set out in Annex 3 above. Additionally, candidates may, at the discretion of the Academic Board, be permitted a fourth year of registration at continuation status, for the purpose of writing up the thesis.

Length of programme. The Listen2Me programme is for three terms: Autumn Term 2013 to Summer Term 2014. A minimum of 30 lessons including end of term performances is taught during the year. The first session of each term will be for instrument preparation, in most cases it will be the school’s responsibility to make sure that they have collected their set of instruments in time for the HMS teacher to do this preparation. There will normally be a shared performance at the end of each term so liaison between schools will be essential to agree a suitable time for instrument collection. The concert provides an ideal opportunity to promote the idea of continuing to learn an instrument to parents. There will be no teaching by HMS staff on days that are designated as Music Service Professional Days. Schools are informed of these days at the start of each academic year. If a Music Service Professional Day falls on your Listen2Me teaching day in the first week of a term then the second week will be used for instrument preparation if required.
