Lessee Equipment definition

Lessee Equipment means equipment and other personalty not financed or purchased with the proceeds of Fundings.
Lessee Equipment means all signs, exterior lighting standards, machinery, apparatus, furniture, furnishings, telephone systems, telecommunication systems, computers, computer terminals, all items relating to data transmission, trash compactors, shelving, snow removal and lawn maintenance equipment and other related equipment, movable or demountable partitions, motorized vehicles, trade fixtures and temporary auxiliary structures, tools, supplies, materials, security systems, wiring, fibers, PBX, data connections, video equipment, cafeteria furnishings and equipment, public address system, inventory and other personal property and all renewals and replacements thereof, in each case, now owned or hereafter acquired by the Lessee (without the proceeds of any Advance and which is not attached to the Improvements in such a manner as to become a fixture under applicable law) or any subtenant or permitted assignee of the Lessee (without the proceeds of any Advances and which is not attached to the Improvements in such a manner as to become a fixture under applicable law) and installed or located at or on the Property or necessary for the operations of the Lessee's business.
Lessee Equipment has the meaning given to it in Section 6.10.

  • Authority will interconnect the Leased Fiber to Lessee Equipment that is constructed to the Demarcation Points.

  • In the event of termination of this Lease by the Government, the Lessee shall have a reasonable period of time following the effective termination date to remove such property, including the Lessee Equipment.

  • In the event of termination of this Lease by the Lessor, the Lessee will have a reasonable period of time following the effective termination date to remove such property, including the Lessee Equipment and to restore the buildings and/or premises to its original condition.

  • The Lessee and Lessor will meet to determine if any of the Lessee Equipment is not needed or wanted by the Lessor, which the Lessee will be required to remove.

  • All Lessee Equipment must be installed within the assigned rack or cabinet and may not utilize any adjacent floor space.


More Definitions of Lessee Equipment

Lessee Equipment means trade fixtures, machinery, equipment or other property belonging to Lessee or third parties that are not financed with Advances or that are not replacements of a component of the Leased Property pursuant to Section 9.1 of the Lease or Required Modifications pursuant to Section 10.1(a) of the Lease that, in each case, are required to be part of the Leased Property pursuant to such sections of the Lease.
Lessee Equipment means equipment which (a) is personal property or a fixture (but does not otherwise constitute an interest in real property), (b) to the extent such constitutes an interest in real property (other than as a fixture), it shall not be subject to any Lien, (c) is not financed with any Advance, (d) is not a replacement for any Equipment, (e) is not a Modification required by any Legal Requirement or any Insurance Requirement, (f) is not integral to the operation of any Improvements with respect to any Property and (g) may be removed from any Property without causing material damage to such Property which cannot be expeditiously repaired.

Related to Lessee Equipment

  • Leased Equipment means the equipment which may include but not limited to modem provided by TM on lease basis to enable usage of the Service by the Customer, as may be decided by TM from time to time at its sole discretion.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Purchased Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, sold by BT to the Customer.

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

  • Plant and Equipment means permanent plant, equipment, machinery, apparatus, articles and things of all kinds to be provided and incorporated in the Facilities by the Contractor under the Contract (including the spare parts to be supplied by the Contractor under GCC Sub-Clause 3.3 hereof), but does not include Contractor’s Equipment.
