Notice to any Lessee or occupant of the Premises shall constitute notice to all.

Any employee severing his employment shall receive his tool allowance on a prorated basis.
District shall not be responsible to Lessee for the nonperformance by any other Lessee or occupant of the Building of any of said rules and regulations.
Landlord shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other Lessee or occupant, if any, of the Premises, the Property, or any portion thereof, or Landlord’s failure to enforce the terms of any agreements with parties other than Lessee.
If any Lessee or occupant vacates the Premises, no portion of the security deposit will be refundable until all Lessees and occupants have vacated the Premises.
