  • Landlord shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other Lessee or occupant, if any, of the Premises, the Property, or any portion thereof, or Landlord’s failure to enforce the terms of any agreements with parties other than Lessee.

  • If any Lessee or occupant vacates the Premises, no portion of the security deposit will be refundable until all Lessees and occupants have vacated the Premises.
