Letters of Release definition

Letters of Release means the Dutch Letter of Release, the English Letter of Release and the Polish Letter of Release.
Letters of Release means the letters of release (executed as deeds) relating to the Former Employees of the Company releasing the Company from all or any liability which the Company may have to such Former Employees howsoever arising.

Examples of Letters of Release in a sentence

  • As from the date of execution of each of the Letters of Release, the Transaction Security will have first ranking priority and will not be subject to any prior ranking or pari passu ranking Security.

  • Buyer shall have received the Letters of Release duly executed by the Former Employees, effective as of the Closing Date.

  • As from the Effective Date specified in each of the Letters of Release, the Transaction Security will have first ranking priority and will not be subject to any prior ranking or pari passu ranking Security.
