Level 3 networked accounts definition

Level 3 networked accounts means accounts of shareholders/beneficial owners of the Funds/Shares subject to the National Securities Clearing Corporation (“NSCC”) Networking service Level 3.
Level 3 networked accounts means accounts of shareholders/beneficial owners of the Funds/Shares subject to the National Securities Clearing Corporation Networking service Level 3. Receipt in “good order” shall mean that all documentation, information, date and time stamps, signatures, and signature guarantees are complete, accurate and legible, and have otherwise been obtained and/or verified to the reasonable satisfaction of the Fund, the Fund’s transfer agent, Distributor or the Fund’s investment manager, Pacific Investment Management Company LLC, in a manner consistent with industry standards and practices, and are compliant with all requirements of Fund policies, applicable laws, rules and regulations pertaining thereto.
Level 3 networked accounts means accounts of shareholders/beneficial owners of the Funds/Shares subject to the National Securities Clearing Corporation Networking service Level 3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Distributor may not provide Price Protection with respect to an Order if Distributor or the applicable Interval Fund determines that providing such Price Protection would result in the pro ration or reprocessing of any shareholder’s repurchase request already accepted or would have an adverse effect on the Interval Fund or its shareholders. Receipt in “good order” shall mean that all documentation, information, date and time stamps, signatures, and signature guarantees are complete, accurate and legible, and have otherwise been obtained and/or verified to the reasonable satisfaction of the Fund, the Fund’s transfer agent, Distributor or the Fund’s investment manager, Pacific Investment Management Company LLC, in a manner consistent with industry standards and practices, and are compliant with all requirements of Fund policies, applicable laws, rules and regulations pertaining thereto.

Related to Level 3 networked accounts

  • Linked Account means any controlled disbursement account or other deposit account at any time linked to any of the Collection Accounts maintained at Truist Financial Corp. by a zero balance account connection or other automated funding mechanism.

  • Blocked Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3 hereof.

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the Card;

  • Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Card Network means a payment card network, including the network operated by each of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

  • Designated Accounts as used in any security agreement means both the Designated Accounts hereunder and the “Designated Accounts” in the comparable agreement entered into with respect to any other Pledgor.

  • Eligible Unbilled Accounts means Accounts of the Obligors that does not qualify as an Eligible Account solely because (a) the goods giving rise to such Account have not been shipped and billed to the Account Debtor, or (b) the services giving rise to such Account have not been performed and billed to the Account Debtor and, in either case, so long as such Accounts have not been unbilled for more than thirty (30) days. For the avoidance of doubt, at such time as an Account is billed to the Account Debtor it shall no longer be an “Eligible Unbilled Account”.

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • Blocked Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(a)(ii).

  • FIXED ACCOUNT is a separate investment account of ours into which purchase payments may be invested or Account Value may be transferred.

  • Switched Access Service means an offering of facilities for the purpose of the origination or termination of traffic from or to Exchange Service customer in a given area pursuant to a Switched Access tariff. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 800 Series, and 900 access. Switched Access does not include traffic exchanged between LECs for purpose of local exchange interconnection.

  • Excluded Accounts means any Xxxxx Cash Account and any other deposit account used for (a) funding payroll or segregating payroll taxes or funding other employee wage or benefit payments, (b) segregating 401(k) contributions or contributions to an employee stock purchase plan or (c) funding other employee health and benefit plans.

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Management Accounts means unaudited accounts which shall incorporate a profit and loss statement, cash flow statement and balance sheet.

  • Lockbox Accounts means the accounts maintained by Borrower at the Lockbox Banks into which all collections or payments on their Accounts and other Collateral are paid.

  • Facility Account means the account of Seller at Bank One, Account ---------------- No. 10-36987.

  • State Level Monitoring Cell means the body constituted by the State Government for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the State, established under a State Law or on the advice of the Central Government, as the case may be.

  • Locked Box Accounts means the unaudited, aggregated balance sheet of the Group as at the Locked Box Date, in the agreed form;

  • Busy Line Verification (BLV means a service whereby an End User requests an operator to confirm the busy status of a line.

  • Earnings Accounts means the bank accounts of each of the Obligors from time to time each of which shall be held with the Agent or any of the Agent’s corresponding banks and to which all the Earnings and any proceeds of the Insurances shall be paid.

  • Cash Management System shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.01.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.

  • Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.

  • Number of Students Who Began the Program means the number of students who began a program who were scheduled to complete the program within 100% of the published program length within the reporting calendar year and excludes all students who cancelled during the cancellation period.

  • Cash Management Systems has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.8.
