Leveraged Funds definition

Leveraged Funds means the funds described in Section 2.2. of this Agreement.
Leveraged Funds means those funds that have been secured by the applicant organization to be spent on Project expenditures not covered by the grant funds.
Leveraged Funds means funds contributed to the project for the express purpose of implementing the proposed activities. The source of funds may be cash value or other valuable consideration such as land, building or volunteer time.

More Definitions of Leveraged Funds

Leveraged Funds means those monies allocated and distributed to local boards of education for capital outlay out of the Public School Fund pursuant to Section 16-13-234 of the Code of Alabama 1975.
Leveraged Funds. The amount of funds expended during the operating year from non-HOPWA federal, state, local, and private sources by grantees or sponsors in dedicating assistance to this client population. Related to Leveraged Funds

  • Investment Proceeds means, with respect to any Determination Date, all interest and other investment earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) on funds on deposit in the Series 1996-1 Accounts, together with an amount equal to the Series 1996-1 Allocation Percentage of the interest and other investment earnings on funds held in the Collection Account credited as of such date to the Collection Account pursuant to Section 4.02 of the Agreement.

  • Equity Investment means (i) an Equity Security; and (ii) an ownership interest in any company or other entity, any membership interest that includes a voting right in any company or other entity, any interest in real estate; and any investment or transaction which in substance falls into any of these categories even though it may be structured as some other form of investment or transaction.

  • Stayed Funds If the Master Servicer is the subject of a proceeding under the federal Bankruptcy Code and the making of a Remittance (as defined in Section 7.02(b)) is prohibited by Section 362 of the federal Bankruptcy Code, funds that are in the custody of the Master Servicer, a trustee in bankruptcy or a federal bankruptcy court and should have been the subject of such Remittance absent such prohibition.

  • Special Purpose Investment Personnel means each SEI Access Person who, in connection with his or her regular functions (including, where appropriate, attendance at Board meetings and other meetings at which the official business of a Trust or any Fund thereof is discussed or carried on), obtains contemporaneous information regarding the purchase or sale of a Security by a Fund.   • Simplified acquisition threshold means the dollar amount below which a district may purchase property or services using small pur- chase methods. Districts adopt small purchase procedures in order to expedite the purchase of items at or below the simplified acquisi- tion threshold. The simplified acquisition threshold for procurement activities administered under federal awards is set by the FAR at 48 C.F.R. Part 2, Subpart 2.1 [see below]. The district is responsi- ble for determining an appropriate simplified acquisition threshold based on internal controls, an evaluation of risk, and its docu- mented procurement procedures. However, in no circumstances can this threshold exceed the dollar value established in the FAR

  • Principal Funding Investment Proceeds means, with respect to each Transfer Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Funding Account (net of investment expenses and losses) for the period from and including the immediately preceding Transfer Date to but excluding such Transfer Date.

  • Investment Capital Expenditures means capital expenditures other than Maintenance Capital Expenditures and Expansion Capital Expenditures.
