Leveraged Funds definition

Leveraged Funds means the funds described in Section 2.2. of this Agreement.
Leveraged Funds means those funds that have been secured by the applicant organization to be spent on Project expenditures not covered by the grant funds.
Leveraged Funds means the funds described in Section 2.3. of the Loan Agreement.

  • The Borrower must provide the Lender with necessary documentation that the Loan and the Leveraged Funds have been used for the items and purposes stated in the Grant Application prior to submitting the final progress report and requesting grant closeout from the State.

More Definitions of Leveraged Funds

Leveraged Funds means funds contributed to the project for the express purpose of implementing the proposed activities. The source of funds may be cash value or other valuable consideration such as land, building or volunteer time.
Leveraged Funds means existing investments in the science, technology and innovation ecosystem being leveraged to further the objectives of the funded recipient.
