Lewd, Obscene or Indecent means the average person applying contemporary community standards would find the material or performance appealing to their prurient interest; that it depicts in a patently offensive way, the male or female genitals, sexual conduct, sadomasochistic abuse, sensuality, and that taken as a whole, the material or performance lacks any serious literary, artistic, political or scientific value.
