Party B1’s Remaining Assets definition
Party B1’s Remaining Assets means all the operational assets of Party B1(excluding 97.15% of the equity in Hengda Electric Motor held by it) , including but not limited to all of the manufacturing equipments, stocks, raw material, intellectual property, receivables, other receivables, payables and business contracts of Party B1.
