Liaison Procedure definition

Liaison Procedure means the procedure set out in Schedule Part 11 (Liaison Procedure);
Liaison Procedure. “Market Rent” means the procedure set out in Schedule 2; means the average Market Rent for a Dwelling in York with that number of bedrooms that would be leased between a willing lessor and willing lessee on appropriate lease;
