LIBO Rate (Reserve Adjusted) definition

LIBO Rate (Reserve Adjusted) means, relative to any Loan to be made, continued or maintained as, or converted into, a LIBO Rate Loan for any Interest Period, a rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/16 of 1%) determined pursuant to the following formula:
LIBO Rate (Reserve Adjusted) is defined in Section 3.2.1.
LIBO Rate (Reserve Adjusted) means, relative to any Loan to be made, continued or maintained as, or converted into, a LIBO Rate Loan for any Interest Period, the rate of interest per annum (rounded upwards to the next 1/100th of 1%) determined by the Administrative Agent as follows: LIBO Rate = LIBO Rate ------------------------------- (Reserve Adjusted) 1.00 - LIBOR Reserve Percentage The LIBO Rate (Reserve Adjusted) for any Interest Period for LIBO Rate Loans will be adjusted automatically as to all LIBO Rate Loans then outstanding as of the effective date of any change in the LIBOR Reserve Percentage.

  • Each LIBO Rate Loan shall accrue interest on the unpaid principal amount thereof for each day from and including the first day of the Interest Period applicable thereto to but excluding the date such Loan is repaid or converted to a Base Rate Loan at a rate per annum equal to the sum of the LIBO Rate (Reserve Adjusted) for such Interest Period plus the Applicable Margin for such Loan on such day.

  • On the fifth day following delivery of such notice, the LIBO Rate (Reserve Adjusted) attributable to such U.S. Lender's LIBO Rate Loans shall be adjusted to give the U.S. Borrower the benefit of such decrease (for so long as such decrease shall remain in effect).
