LIBOR Fixed Rate Loans. With respect to any portion of the USB Term Loan that shall be a Eurodollar Loan, TCC shall pay interest on the unpaid principal amount of each Eurodollar Loan outstanding from time to time, fixed in advance on the first day of the Interest Period applicable thereto through the last day of the Interest Period applicable thereto (but subject to changes in the Applicable Margin), at the Derived LIBOR Fixed Rate. Interest on such Eurodollar Loan shall be payable on each Interest Adjustment Date with respect to an Interest Period (provided that if an Interest Period shall exceed three months, the interest must be paid every three months, commencing three months from the beginning of such Interest Period).

  • The appropriate Borrower or Borrowers shall pay interest on the unpaid principal amount of each LIBOR Fixed Rate Loan outstanding from time to time, fixed in advance on the first day of the Interest Period applicable thereto through the last day of the Interest Period applicable thereto (but subject to changes in the Applicable Margin) for LIBOR Fixed Rate Loans, at the Derived LIBOR Fixed Rate.

  • Each Lender shall record any principal, interest or other payment, the principal amounts of Base Rate Loans, LIBOR Fixed Rate Loans and Swing Loans, the type of currency for each Loan, all prepayments and the applicable dates, including Interest Periods, with respect to the Loans made, and payments received by such Lender, by such method as such Lender may generally employ; provided, however, that failure to make any such entry shall in no way detract from the obligations of Borrower under the Notes.

Related to LIBOR Fixed Rate Loans

  • Fixed Rate Loans means Euro-Dollar Loans or Money Market Loans (excluding Money Market LIBOR Loans bearing interest at the Base Rate pursuant to Section 8.01(a)) or any combination of the foregoing.

  • LIBOR Rate Loans means the Loans bearing interest with reference to the LIBOR Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Loan means a Competitive Loan bearing interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • LIBOR Loan means a Loan or any portion thereof bearing interest by reference to the LIBOR Rate.

  • LIBOR Rate Loan means each portion of a Loan that bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBOR Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.12, bears interest at the applicable Eurocurrency Rate.

  • CDOR Rate Loan means a Loan denominated in Canadian Dollars the rate of interest applicable to which is based on the CDOR Rate.

  • Eurodollar Loans Loans the rate of interest applicable to which is based upon the Eurodollar Rate.

  • LIBOR Loans means a Loan or any portion thereof bearing interest by reference to the LIBOR Rate.

  • Reference Rate Loan means each portion of a Loan that bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the Reference Rate.

  • Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Fixed Rate Advances has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a)(i).

  • Prime Rate Loans means any Loans or portion thereof on which interest is payable based on the Prime Rate in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Eurodollar Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the applicable Eurodollar Rate.

  • LIBO Rate Advances means a Competitive Bid Advance denominated in Dollars or in any Foreign Currency and bearing interest based on the LIBO Rate.

  • LIBOR Advance means an Advance bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBOR Rate.

  • LIBO Rate Loan means a Loan bearing interest, at all times during an Interest Period applicable to such Loan, at a fixed rate of interest determined by reference to the LIBO Rate (Reserve Adjusted).

  • Floating Rate Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the Floating Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Loans Loans the rate of interest applicable to which is based upon the Eurocurrency Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Interest Period means with respect to any Eurocurrency Rate Borrowing, the period commencing on the date of such Borrowing and ending on the numerically corresponding day in the calendar month that is one, two, three or six months (or, to the extent agreed to by the Agent and each Lender making such Eurocurrency Rate Borrowing, twelve months or any shorter period) thereafter, as a Borrower may elect; provided that (a) if any Eurocurrency Interest Period would end on a day other than a Business Day, such Eurocurrency Interest Period shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day unless such next succeeding Business Day would fall in the next calendar month, in which case such Eurocurrency Interest Period shall end on the next preceding Business Day, (b) any Eurocurrency Interest Period that commences on the last Business Day of a calendar month (or on a day for which there is no numerically corresponding day in the last calendar month of such Eurocurrency Interest Period) shall end on the last Business Day of the last calendar month of such Eurocurrency Interest Period and (c) no Eurocurrency Interest Period for any (i) Eurocurrency Rate Revolving Loan shall end after the latest Scheduled Termination Date for the applicable Revolving Commitments under the applicable Revolving Facility or (ii) Eurocurrency Rate Term Loans shall end after the stated maturity date of such Term Loans.
