Licence Charge definition

Licence Charge means the weekly charge due in respect of the Accommodation occupied by the Licensee. “Fees” or “Residence Fees” shall mean all of the Licence Charges due to the Association over the duration of the Agreement.
Licence Charge means the weekly charge due in respect of the Accommodation occupied and the Rights Granted to the Licensee in accordance with Schedule 5. “Fees” or “Residence Fees” means all of the Licence Charges due to the Licensor over the duration of the Licence Agreement; m) “Licence Period” of this agreement will run from the booked day of arrival to the departure date noted in Schedule 1 subject to Clause 4; n) "Manager" means the Licensor or any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with such company. o) "Residents Handbook" means such residents handbook as we may make and notify to you for the purpose of ensuring the safety, security, cleanliness and good management of the Building or the efficient or economic performance by us of our obligations under this Tenancy Agreement or any other tenancy; p) “Shared Facilities” means any shared facility such as kitchen, bathroom, common or other room; q) “Service Media” means central heating and hot water systems, electrical services for power and lighting, drainage and water services, and any data or phone services provided; r) “Licence End Date” means the date on which the licence charges cease. s) “Tenancy Letter” means the tenancy letter addressed to the Tenant which is enclosed with or attached to these Terms and Conditions; t) “Licence Start Date” means the date from which licence charges commence.
Licence Charge means the Licence Charge as set out in the UCD Residences Booking Forms as selected and completed by the Occupier.

Examples of Licence Charge in a sentence

  • The Customer shall not be liable to pay a Redistribution Licence Charge in order to provide Data to its Subsidiaries.

  • Requests to be released from the Licence Agreement and end Licence Charge liabilities will only be considered under extenuating circumstances for which evidence may be required.

  • If you move Accommodation because the Association requires you to, the Licence Charge will not be higher than the Class of Accommodation you moved from.

  • Residence Fee means the Licence Charge payable as stated in the online room offer/acceptance process or paper offer letter (if the online process is not used), in respect of the Student's Residence in the Accommodation and which is payable by the Student to the University during the Period of Letting.

  • This Licence Charge is not applicable if the Redistributor already holds a real-time Redistribution licence costing £10,500 or more per annum.

  • This Licence Charge is not applicable if the Redistributor already holds the following professional category 1 or 2 licences: UK ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Level 2 and/or International Level 1.

  • Summer Retainer Fee means the Licence Charge, equal to half the Residence Fee for four weeks, payable by the Student (if allocated to a 52 week contract) to the University for the period at the start of the licence agreement.

  • This Licence Charge is not applicable if the Redistributor already holds a real-time Redistribution licence costing £3,200 or more per annum.

  • If a decision is made to revoke your Licence to Reside you will forfeit any deposit and Licence Charge paid.
