Licence Inspector definition

Licence Inspector means a person appointed by the Corporation as Manager of Licensing, Licence Inspector, Business Licence Coordinator or Bylaw Officer;

Licence Inspector means the Inspector of Licences for the City of North Battleford and shall include the Assistant Licence Inspector or Inspectors, if any, and anyone acting as such during his absence from duty for any cause.

Licence Inspector means a person appointed by the Chief Administrative Officer to administer and enforce this bylaw.

• The Director of Planning, the City Building Inspector, the Chief Licence Inspector and theCity Electrician are authorized to administer the applicable provisions of this by-law.

• The Council may, by resolution, appoint a person to be the Licence Inspector and may, in addition, appoint such persons as Council; deems necessary to assist the Licence Inspector in the administration and enforcement of this bylaw.

More Definitions of Licence Inspector

Licence Inspector means a person appointed to assist in carrying out the administration and enforcement of this Bylaw and includes the Chief Licence Inspector, Deputy Chief Licence Inspector, or a police officer;

Licence Inspector means the Corporate Officer, and also any person lawfully acting as delegate in that capacity.

Licence Inspector means a person, or his designate, appointed by Council for the purpose of enforcing and carrying out the provisions of this bylaw and includes Building Inspectors and Bylaw Enforcement Officers.
