Licence Inspector definition

Licence Inspector means a person appointed by the Corporation as Manager of Licensing, Licence Inspector, Business Licence Coordinator or Bylaw Officer;
Licence Inspector means the Inspector of Licences for the City of North Battleford and shall include the Assistant Licence Inspector or Inspectors, if any, and anyone acting as such during his absence from duty for any cause.
Licence Inspector means a person appointed by the Chief Administrative Officer to administer and enforce this bylaw.

More Definitions of Licence Inspector

Licence Inspector means a person appointed to assist in carrying out the administration and enforcement of this Bylaw and includes the Chief Licence Inspector, Deputy Chief Licence Inspector, or a police officer;
Licence Inspector means the Corporate Officer, and also any person lawfully acting as delegate in that capacity.
