Site definition

Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.
Site means any location, facility, or property as defined under any Environmental Law, whether or not presently or formerly owned or operated by the debtor, including, but not limited to, disposal sites.
Site means the land and other places on, under, in or through which the Works or Temporary Works are to be constructed.

More Definitions of Site

Site means the places provided by the Employer where the Works are to be executed, and any other places specified in the Contract as forming part of the Site.
Site means the land and other places including water bodies more specifically mentioned in the special conditions of the tender, on, under in or through which the permanent works or temporary works are to be executed and any other lands and places provided by the Municipal Corporation for working space or any other purpose as may be specifically designated in the contract as forming part of the site.
