Licence Period , in relation to a licence, means each calendar year during which, or during any part of which, the licence is in force;
licence area means the area constituted by the blocks that are the subject of a licence;
Petroleum product means gasoline, gasoline−alcohol fuel blends, kerosene, fuel oil, burner oil, diesel fuel oil or used motor oil.
Existing Product means any formulation of the same product category and form sold, supplied, manufactured, or offered for sale in California prior to the following dates, or any subsequently introduced identical formulation:
relevant licence means a production licence for petroleum in force under Part III of the Petroleum Act 1967 immediately before the commencement of this section.
MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
Bulk drug substance means any substance that is represented for use, and that, when used in the
Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;
Bulk mixing plant means machinery, appliances or other similar devices that are assembled in such a manner so as to be able to mix materials in bulk for the purposes of using the mixed product for construction work;
Bulk plant means a motor fuel storage and distribution facility that is not a terminal and from
Petroleum Products means gasolines and petroleum oil distillates or blend stocks as further described in Item 10.
Definite quantity contract means a fixed price contract that provides for a
network licence means the network licence, as the same is amended from time to time, granted to Network Rail Infrastructure Limited by the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under section 8 of the Railways Act l993;
Transboundary movement means any movement of hazardous wastes or other wastes from an area under the national jurisdiction of one State to or through an area under the national jurisdiction of another State or to or through an area not under the national jurisdiction of any State, provided at least two States are involved in the movement;
Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products which exist prior to the commencement of work under the Contract. Contractor retains the burden of proving that a particular product was existing before commencement of the Project. .
licence means a licence granted under this Act;
Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.
Indefinite quantity contract means a fixed price contract that:
Authority Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Authority, including software which is, or will be used by the Contractor for the purpose of providing the Services but excluding the Contractor Software.
Licence Year means a period of 12 (twelve) calendar months commencing on the Validity Date or any anniversary of the Validity Date during the subsistence of the Agreement.
Roll-on product means any antiperspirant or deodorant that dispenses active ingredients by rolling a wetted ball or wetted cylinder on the affected area.
ISM Code Documentation includes, in respect of a Ship:
Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.
Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;
technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.
Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.
