Licence Street definition
Licence Street means a street in which street trading is prohibited without a licence granted by the district council.
Licence Street means a street designated under section 24 (Designation of licence streets) of the Act, for which the Council may from time to time pass resolution to designate the street or area for the purpose of street trading.
