Licence Year definition

Licence Year means a period of 12 (twelve) calendar months commencing on the Validity Date or any anniversary of the Validity Date during the subsistence of the Agreement.
Licence Year means the first and each recurring 12 consecutive month period.

More Definitions of Licence Year

Licence Year. , in respect of a fishery, means the period of 12 months from the date of expiry of licences in respect of the fishery in one year to the date of expiry of the licences in the next year.
