Licenced Area definition

Licenced Area means the area as set out in Item 4 of Schedule 1 hereto;
Licenced Area means that part of the Property coloured blue on the plan attached to this Licence, being approximately 100 square metres more or less, which the Licensee shall have exclusive use of;
Licenced Area means an area licenced or available to be licenced by the Licensor to a third party under a Licence Agreement;

Examples of Licenced Area in a sentence

  • Insurance in accordance with the requirements of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 (Vic) and the Accident Compensation (Work Cover Insurance) Act 1993 (Vic) which provide the Associates of the service provider (including equivalent cover for volunteers) with cover against personal injury or sickness arising from provided goods or services or working in or on the Licenced Area.

  • Insurance cover for the reinstatement or replacement value of the Licenced Area against the destruction of or damage to the Licenced Area and any apparatus or equipment belonging to or used by the service provider which is housed, stored, kept or used in or at the Licenced Area.

  • If Item 11 is completed, the Licensor will supply, for the use of the Licensee in the Licenced Area (and not otherwise), the Licensor’s Goods and Equipment.

  • Any alterations or improvements to the Licenced Area or works which the Licensee is obliged to carry out in the discharge of its obligations under this Agreement must be performed by professionally licenced contractor/s approved by the Licensor, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • The Licensee shall pay the Licensor such electricity charges incurred by the Licensor for the usage of electricity at the Licenced Area through the monthly Service Charges.

  • The Licensee shall remove, or cause to be removed, any person present on the Licenced Area who is impaired by alcohol or drugs.

  • On and from the Commencement Date, the Licensee accepts the condition of the Licenced Area, Council’s Installations, and any improvements on the Licenced Area, and shall not be entitled to make any claim for loss or damage by reason of the condition of the Licenced Area, Council’s Installations, or any improvements on the Licenced Area.

  • The Licensee shall not overload the Licenced Area to a weight greater than the maximum weight per square foot informed by the Licensor to the Licensee and the Licensee shall comply with any instructions of the Licensor so as to distribute the weight of the furniture, furnishings, fixtures and/or fittings of the Licensee.

  • The Licensee shall not affix erect paint or otherwise exhibit or permit or suffer to be done upon any part of the Licenced Area and/or the Building any advertisements signs or other forms of publicity for the Licenced Area PROVIDED THAT subject to the approval of the Licensor as to size location colour materials design and method of affixing, the Licensee shall be permitted to display within the Licenced Area and/or the Building such approved signage bearing its name.

  • The Licensor accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage to persons or property due to the actions and activities of the Licensee its invitees, and its employees within the Licenced Area except to the extent that any such damage arose as a direct result of an act or omission of the Licensor.


More Definitions of Licenced Area

Licenced Area means the area depicted on a licence plan;

  • Urbanized area means an area where a well or production facilities of a well are located within a municipal corporation or within a township that has an unincorporated population of more than five thousand in the most recent federal decennial census prior to the issuance of the permit for the well or production facilities.
