Licenced Software definition

Licenced Software means the computer software supplied under the Licence Agreement
Licenced Software means Software requiring a licensing agreement to access. “Losses” losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor/client basis) and disbursements and costs of investigation, litigation, settlement, judgment interest and penalties whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise;
Licenced Software means the NOC software product that you wish to purchase a licence to use pursuant to these General Terms and Conditions, together with the applicable Special Terms and Documentation included in, or provided for use with, such software product.

Examples of Licenced Software in a sentence

  • The Licenced Software may be used for the purposes of testing any development, change or update to the Applications and Custom Code developed by or for the Licensee (“Pre-Production Licensed Software”).

  • GreenOrbit reserves all rights (including Intellectual Property Rights) in relation to the Licenced Software and Documentation.

  • For avoidance of doubt the Customer must keep the Licenced Software within 2 New Releases of the current version in any 12 month period.

  • The Customer must take all reasonable steps to ensure that its officers, employees, agents and contractors do not make public or disclose the Licenced Software or Documentation in breach of this clause 7.

  • GreenOrbit grants the Customer a non- exclusive, non-transferable and limited licence for the Customer and its Users to access and use the Licenced Software during the Licenced Term in accordance with this Agreement.

  • The Customer has no proprietary or other interest in the Licenced Software or Documentation and nothing in this Agreement transfers any right, title or interest in the Licenced Software or Documentation to the Customer.

  • Company shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s service personnel with full access to Equipment and/or Licenced Software.

  • Except for the any implementation support covered in Proposal (if any), the Customer is responsible for all activities relating to the set up and configuration of the Licenced Software and interface with external systems of the Customer.

  • GreenOrbit warrants that, subject to clause 1.6, the Licenced Software will materially conform to any features or functions claimed in the Documentation for the Licenced Software.

  • The Customer will be responsible for the content of all Customer Data and for complying with all applicable laws in respect of the Customer Data, and ensure that it can authorise GreenOrbit to receive, store and process the Customer Data as part of providing the Licenced Software if required.


More Definitions of Licenced Software

Licenced Software and “Vidatum Software” shall be taken to mean software that is purchased by The Client from Vidatum Technologies Ltd (Vidatum). The scope of this Agreement shall include such Vidatum Software that has been supplied to the customer, except any software specifically excluded and notified as such in writing to the customer. Unless specified in writing elsewhere this Agreement provides for the support of one source database schema and one Vidatum published instance of the same schema.
Licenced Software means any Software and related Documentation owned by Accsys or licenced to Accsys by a third party which is: (i) in existence prior to the date of this Agreement; or (ii) comes into existence otherwise than pursuant to this Agreement, as further described in Error! Reference source not found. as the case may be, and includes any N ew Release, or Fix of that software;
