License Areas has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(a).

License Areas means the city rights-of-way or city owned property in which ExteNet is authorized to construct and install Network Facilities, such portions being described on Exhibits “A”, “B”, and “C” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes allowed by law and for which work a permit has been obtained by ExteNet from the City and requisite other agencies.

If an emergency situation arises with respect to the License Areas or any condition thereof presents an imminent threat to the health or safety of Persons or property, the CITY shall make reasonable efforts to provide telephone notice to the LICENSEE’s Contact Person.

The Phase 2 and 3 License Areas cover the same land areas, but will be closed for different periods during the term of construction.
The License Areas shall be maintained in Revocable License – Temporary Street Closure Licensee: Wisdom Village, LP a neat and orderly appearance at all times (except during the period of construction and installation of any utility facilities within such License Areas).
LICENSEE shall have no power or authority to incur any indebtedness giving a right to a lien of any kind or character upon the right, title or interest of CITY in and to the License Areas, and no Person shall ever be entitled to any lien, directly or indirectly derived through or under the LICENSEE, or its agents, servants, employees, contractors or officers or on account of any act or omission of said LICENSEE as to the License Areas.
The City Engineer shall approve all repairs and replacements within the License Areas.
LICENSEE expressly acknowledges that pursuant to the terms hereof, it gains no property or contract right through this Revocable License to the continued possession, use, operation and maintenance of the Project within the License Areas.

More Definitions of License Areas

License Areas means the area at the Facility designated by GVHA for the primary use, but not the exclusive use, of the Licensee and shown and marked on the plans attached hereto as Schedule B.

License Areas means the square kilometer areas as set forth and as further described in the map(s) attached to this Agreement in Schedule "A";
