Examples of License Conditions in a sentence
Except for Your obligation to pay for the Software, or for Your violation of the License Grant and License Conditions set forth herein or of Licensor’s or Dell’s intellectual property rights, the total liability of You and Licensor (including Licensor’s affiliates and suppliers) arising out of any Dispute is limited to the amount You paid for the Software that is the subject of the Dispute, but excluding amounts received as reimbursement of expenses or payment of taxes.
All Sublicenses must be in writing and will be subject to, and contain terms consistent with, the terms in this Agreement, including, without limitation, the provisions contained in Articles 2.2 (License Conditions), 3 (Sublicenses), 4.4 (Validity Challenge), 7 (Books and Records), 9 (Use of Names and Trademarks), 10 (Limited Warranty and Liability), 12 (Patent Marking), 13 (Patent Infringement), 14 (Indemnification), 18 (Compliance with Laws), etc.
If MAGIX software is sold or transferred in any other way, the regulations of the corresponding MAGIX End User License Conditions (▇▇▇▇), which are an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions, shall apply additionally.
This Agreement automatically terminates when Licensor ceases to operate the Software servers (for games exclusively operated online), if Licensor determines or believes your use of the Software involves or may involve fraud or money laundering or any other illicit activity, or upon your failure to comply with terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the License Conditions above.
End User shall maintain adequate internal controls and procedures that are reasonably designed to monitor, audit, detect and prevent any breach of this Agreement including but not limited to Section 5 (License Conditions), Section 15 (Compliance with Laws, Export Controls and U.S. Government Restricted Rights) and Section 18 (Code of Conduct).
