License Documentation definition

License Documentation means a sales receipt, other document or written communication of any type (including, but not limited to, information provided or transmitted electronically) that Trevigen or an Trevigen authorized reseller, distributor or licensee provides to you when you purchase this license to use the Software.

Examples of License Documentation in a sentence

  • If Genmab does not agree to take sub-license rights to the LNP Technology on the terms specified in the LNP Technology License Documentation Package, then with the exception of LNP Technology being licensed in relation to Product based on the Replacement Target, Genmab shall have the right to source LNP Technology itself.

  • In addition, CureVac shall provide the LNP Technology License Documentation Package for the First Collaboration Program.

  • In addition to the Reserved Target Data Package, CureVac shall at the same time provide the LNP Technology License Documentation Package to Genmab.

  • The License shall automatically terminate, without notice, if you fail to comply with any terms of the License, Documentation or any additional applicable terms, agreements or documents between you and Licensor for the use of the Software.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of Section 2(f) below, Licensor shall own all right, title and interest, including all Intellectual Property Rights, in and to the Licensed Software, End User License, Documentation, packaging and other items contained within the Product Units ("Licensor Items").

  • The execution, delivery and performance of each of the License Documentation was and is within the powers of Seller and, to the knowledge of Seller, Counterparty, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Supernus (to the extent party thereto).

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of Section 2(b)(ii) below, Licensor shall own all right, title and interest, including all Intellectual Property Rights, in and to the Licensed Software, End User License, Documentation, packaging and other items contained within the Product Units ("Licensor Items").

  • From time to time during the Term of this Agreement and within thirty (30) calendar days of a written request from Licensee, Licensor agrees to provide updated License Documentation in a form reasonably acceptable to Licensee.
