License Documentation definition

License Documentation means a sales receipt, other document or written communication of any type (including, but not limited to, information provided or transmitted electronically) that Trevigen or an Trevigen authorized reseller, distributor or licensee provides to you when you purchase this license to use the Software.
License Documentation has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1.
License Documentation means the License Agreement, the Supernus Agreement and the Xxxxxx Agreements.

  • Input/Output Software License Documentation shall also include complete specifications for all communication interfaces, external device drivers and analog/digital converters used by the control system, the addresses, parameters, priority and functions of all operating routines and the locations, structure and functions of all data stores.

  • Accordingly, no License Documentation shall be deemed to in any way amend, supplement or otherwise affect any provision of this Contract, other than as expressly contemplated in Section 2 with respect to the number of computers on which the Software may be used.

  • From time to time during the Term of this Agreement and within thirty (30) days of a written request from Licensee, Licensor agrees to provide updated License Documentation in a form reasonably acceptable to Licensee.

  • License Documentation Fee Licensee will pay a non-refundable license documentation fee in the amount set forth in Section 3.8 of the Patent License Agreement, due and payable within 15 (fifteen) days after the Effective Date.

  • This Contract includes the following Additional Attachments all of which are incorporated herein by reference: Attachment 7, Certificate of Corporate Resolution/Business Organization Documents; Attachment 8, Business Organization Documentation; Attachment 9, Business and Professional License Documentation; Attachment 10, Insurance Documentation; and Attachment 11, Ethics Rules Executive Order 2014-4 Ethics Rules.

Related to License Documentation

  • Product Documentation means the specific materials listed under “Product Documentation” at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx, as updated by Vocera from time to time.

  • Software Documentation means software information, being technical information used, or useful in, or relating to the design, development, use or maintenance of any version of a software programme.

  • Technical Documentation means designs, reports, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications, computer software, surveys, calculations and other data, information and material collected, computed, drawn or produced, including computer print-outs.

  • User Documentation means that documentation regarding the operation, guidelines and features and functionality of Clover Insights that is made available to you from time to time at the website, by internet link or otherwise. User Documentation may be modified from time to time by First Data or its third party provider(s).

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.

  • Design Documentation means all schematics and test, assembly and package documentation relating to the Product, including all design, specification and assembly documentation and data files for Materials, which is necessary for the production, manufacture, qualification, testing and delivery of the Product to be attached as Exhibit A.

  • Software License Agreement means the particular Software License Agreement to which these Terms and Conditions are attached and incorporated into by reference.

  • End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.

  • License Agreement means the agreement between SAP (or an SAP SE Affiliate, or an authorized reseller) under which Customer procured the rights to use SAP Software or a Cloud Service.

  • Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.

  • Sublicense Agreement means any agreement or arrangement pursuant to which Licensee (or an Affiliate or Sublicensee) grants to any third party any of the license rights granted to the Licensee under the Agreement.

  • Supporting Documentation means the documents listed in Schedule A of this Certificate which forms part of this

  • CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan (including any REO Mortgage Loan) and for any Distribution Date, the amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods. For the avoidance of doubt, the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee shall be payable from the Lower-Tier REMIC.
