License Documentation definition

License Documentation means a sales receipt, other document or written communication of any type (including, but not limited to, information provided or transmitted electronically) that Trevigen or an Trevigen authorized reseller, distributor or licensee provides to you when you purchase this license to use the Software.
License Documentation has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1.
License Documentation means the License Agreement, the Supernus Agreement and the Xxxxxx Agreements.

  • Within [*****] of receipt by Genmab of a complete LNP Technology License Documentation Package under Section 5.2.2, Genmab shall indicate by written notice to CureVac (i) whether or not Genmab agrees to take sub-license rights to the LNP Technology on the terms specified in the LNP Technology License Documentation Package; and, if it so agrees (ii) whether the license rights should be non- exclusive or exclusive, if both such options are available.

  • User Documentation means explanatory and informational materials concerning the Company products, in printed or electronic format, which the Company or any Subsidiary has released for distribution to end users with such Company products, which may include manuals, descriptions, user and/or installation instructions, diagrams, printouts, listings, flow-charts and training materials, contained on visual media such as paper or photographic film, or on other physical storage media in machine readable form.

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.

  • Software License Agreement means the Motorola Software License Agreement (Exhibit A).

  • End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.

  • License Agreement means the agreement between SAP (or an SAP SE Affiliate, or an authorized reseller) under which Customer procured the rights to use SAP Software or a Cloud Service.

  • Sublicense Agreement means any agreement or arrangement pursuant to which Licensee (or an Affiliate or Sublicensee) grants to any third party any of the license rights granted to the Licensee under the Agreement.

  • Software licensing agreement means any agreement, regardless of how designated, that defines the intellectual property rights for, or the rights to use, any software product. A software licensing agreement must address only terms directly associated with licensing the right to use the software and must not address any of the work governed by the contract or any services (other than warranty services regarding the software code or associated documentation).

  • Security Documentation means the Security Documentation applicable to the specific Services purchased by Client, as updated from time to time, or as otherwise made reasonably available by IRONSCALES.

  • CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan (including any REO Mortgage Loan) and for any Distribution Date, the amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods.   • Patent License Agreement means the Patent License Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit C.

  • Project Materials means any and all works of authorship, artistic, literary and other works, inventions and materials designed, created, developed, written or prepared by the Supplier (or the Supplier's Personnel) in the course of providing the Services, whether individually, collectively or jointly with the Purchaser and on whatever media;
