License Form definition

License Form means the form license attached hereto as Schedule 3.
License Form means any document referencing this Agreement which (i) is signed by the Licensor and Licensee, (ii) incorporates the terms and conditions set forth herein and (iii) sets forth, at a minimum, the Licensee's name, Designated Site, Program(s) name, Number of Tasks, License Term, and the ASC name and address. Examples of License Form in a sentence

  • If, according to the License Form, it is only for use on a specific computer, the software may only be activated on that computer.

  • If the Customer wishes to use the software on a computer other than the one agreed in the License Form, a new authorization code will be needed.

  • Without limiting any of the other rights of the holders of Registrable Securities hereunder, the failure by the Company to timely make any or all of such Late Registration Payments shall constitute an Event of Default under the Notes.

  • These Individual Contracts shall be effective provided that the Customer has placed a written order following a written offer submitted by CADFEM and a License Form has been signed by both parties.

  • Licensee may terminate this Agreement and any Lease License or TECS upon any of the following: (i) Licensor materially breaches any provision of this Agreement or a License Form and fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of notice of such breach from Licensee; or (ii) Licensor ceases to do business for any reason, in which event Licensor will refund to Licensee a pro rata portion of the amounts paid for such Lease Licenses or TECS.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the License Form, the terms and conditions contained in the Software License Agreement will take precedence over any conflicting provisions contained in any Quotation, appendix, exhibit, License Form or amendment incorporating the Software License Agreement by reference.

  • TECS that does not automatically renew but that is purchased in the same configuration within three (3) months of the expiration date of the last TECS period shall not require a new License Form to be signed for such TECS as the terms of this Agreement will be deemed to continue to apply from the new start date of such TECS.

  • CADFEM is entitled to submit the customer data contained in the License Form to the producers of the software as far as this is necessary for the purpose of licensing of the software or in order to process support requests of the customer.


More Definitions of License Form

License Form means any document signed referencing this Agreement and incorporating the terms and conditions set forth herein. Each License Form shall be treated as a separate agreement, as if a separate instrument had been executed. Each License Form should include the LICENSEE'S name, Designated Site, Program(s) name, Number of Tasks, License Term, and the ASC name and address.
License Form means any document other than the Service Agreement referencing this Agreement which (i) is signed by the Licensor and Licensee, (ii) incorporates the terms and conditions set forth herein and (iii) sets forth, at a minimum, the Licensee's name, Designated Site, Program(s) name, number of licenses of the Program(s), and License Term. Each License Form will be treated as a separate agreement.

Related to License Form

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan (including any REO Mortgage Loan) and for any Distribution Date, the amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods. For the avoidance of doubt, the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee shall be payable from the Lower-Tier REMIC.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.
