The LI can also be found in the Program’s directory, by the use of a system command, or as a booklet included with the Program.

Examples of License Information in a sentence

  • In the event of conflict, the terms in this License Information document supersede the Supporting Program's terms.

  • Licensee must obtain sufficient entitlements to the Program, as a whole, to cover Licensee's installation and use of all of the Supporting Programs, unless separate entitlements are provided within this License Information document.

  • Licensee is authorized to install and use such Supporting Programs only to support Licensee's use of the Principal Program under this Agreement and within the limits of the Proofs of Entitlement for the Program (unless broader rights are provided elsewhere in this License Information document).

  • References to all Laws, including specific statutes, relating to the rights and obligations of either party mean the Laws in effect on the Effective Date specified in the Basic License Information and as they are amended, replaced, supplemented, clarified, corrected, or superseded at any time while any obligations under this Master License or any Pole License are outstanding, whether or not foreseen or contemplated by the parties.

  • The Licensee must at all times: (a) ensure that only an Authorized User may use the Product and only for Authorized Use in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; (b) promptly advise Balsamiq, including in writing, if the Licensee becomes aware of any unauthorized use or distribution of the Licensee's License Information (Name and Key) by any person.

  • If there is a conflict between this Agreement and License Information for a Program, such License Information will prevail solely with respect to such Program; otherwise the terms of this Agreement will prevail.
