License Management Software definition

License Management Software is software that provides certain software license management services on a computer server.
License Management Software. OWL reserves the right to use license management software to limit Licensee’s use of the Software to the limits stated in this Agreement. Licensee will not circumvent or attempt to circumvent such license management software.
License Management Software means features, functionality and mechanisms included with the Software designed to prohibit use beyond the scope of the license granted in this Agreement.

Examples of License Management Software in a sentence

  • All SOFTWARE shall be installed on LICENSEE’s network such that its usage can be measured and managed by the License Management Software provided by Schrödinger, which will prohibit the SOFTWARE from being used beyond the scope of license in this Agreement and will disable the SOFTWARE at the end of the TERM.

  • Any License Management Software included in the SOFTWARE may be installed and/or used only on the number of designated servers corresponding with the total number of licenses specified in the applicable Keysight invoice.

  • LICENSEE shall not tamper or interfere with the License Management Software in any way.

  • Licensee consents to the incorporation of such mechanisms and Licensee shall not tamper or interfere with the License Management Software in any way.

  • Software License Management Software License Renewal System – System that provides tracking of software information including keys, monitoring, and reporting the software renewal process to ensure compliance with all software agreements, including SCP and Successful Respondent agreements.

  • Any License Management Software included in the SOFTWARE may be installed and/or used only on the number of designated servers corresponding with the total number of licenses specified in the applicable Ixia invoice.

  • For certain License Management Software, Licensee may be granted a password and Licensee shall be solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality and security of the password.
