License Model Schedule for each individual Software License means the version of the document(s) entitled “License Model Schedule” applicable to the licensed Software posted at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/agreements in effect on the date of the applicable Transaction Document;

  • Base Case Model means the financial model and statements including profit and loss, balance sheet and financial projections reflecting the forecasted consolidated financial conditions of the Group for the term of this Agreement (for these purposes assuming both before and after the incurrence of the indebtedness under the Finance Documents), each in form and substance satisfactory to the Finance Parties addressed to, and/or capable of being relied upon by the Finance Parties.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid.   • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s), as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer- in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/ handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Original Project Cost means the capital expenditure incurred by the Generating Company or the Transmission Licensee, as the case may be, within the original scope of the project up to the cut-off date as admitted by the Commission;

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Software License Agreement means the Motorola Software License Agreement (Exhibit A).

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.
