License Out definition

License Out has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(e).
License Out means licenses, sublicenses or other Contracts under which the Company or any Subsidiary has granted rights to others in Intellectual Property Assets.
License Out is defined in Section 3.20(a).

More Definitions of License Out

License Out has the meaning assigned that term in Section 2.16(a) of this Agreement.
License Out shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.19(a).
License Out means any Contract pursuant to which the Company or another Seller has expressly granted any rights under any of the Transferred IP Assets.

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.

  • Licensee means a person licensed under this chapter.

  • Third Party License means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the Trading Platform.

  • Sublicensees as used herein in either singular or plural shall mean any person or entity other than an AFFILIATED COMPANY to which Company has granted a sublicense under this Agreement.

  • Licensed Use means the Licensor’s permitted use of the Licensed Data under the PSGA Member Licence. Login Details means the unique identifiers assigned to the Licensor when it entered into the PSGA Member Licence enabling access to the On-Line Ordering Service. On-Line Ordering Service means the service accessed by entering the Licensor’s Login Details where indicated on OS’s Website. OS means Ordnance Survey Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 09121572) whose registered address is at Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, XXXXXXXXXXX, XX00 0XX. OS Data means Data (including but not limited to Licensed Data) which OS owns or which OS licenses from a third party (including but not limited to the Crown).

  • Licensors means PRS and MCPS.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.
