License Revocation Event definition

License Revocation Event means the revocation, failure to renew or suspension of, or the appointment of a receiver or similar official with respect to, any Gaming License.
License Revocation Event means the denial, revocation or suspension of any License required to operate any Property or any Liquor License maintained by Borrower, Manager, Guarantor, Operating Lessee or any Affiliate of the foregoing with respect to any Property which results in a Material Adverse Effect and/or no longer being permitted to sell liquor at the applicable Property.
License Revocation Event shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.06(a) hereof.
