License Selling Agent definition
License Selling Agent means the business entity at the physical location and the agent of record authorized by the Commission to act as its agent for purposes of selling and accounting for specified hunting, fishing and trapping licenses, permits, tags or stamps through the Electronic License Service (ELS).
