License Start Date definition
License Start Date means (i) the day Samsara activates the applicable Samsara Software license by providing Customer a claim number and access to the Hosted Software (for clarity, if Hardware associated with a then-unactivated Samsara Software license is shipped to Customer under the applicable Order Form, such Samsara Software license will be activated on the day the Samsara Hardware ships); or (ii) notwithstanding the foregoing, if Customer is renewing the license term for a previously-activated Samsara Software license, the day that Samsara extends Customer’s access to the Hosted Software for the renewal license term. For Purchase Orders issued by a Samsara reseller, the definition of License Start Date in this Section supersedes anything to the contrary in the reseller agreement between such reseller and Samsara and the applicable Purchase Order.
License Start Date means the earlier of: (a) the date of the invoice issued to You by Us under this Agreement; or (b) the date You pay the applicable Fees;
License Start Date means, for the Licensed Products set forth in the initial Order, the first day of the month in which the first individual User Account is enabled for (or begins) Production Use.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are renewing the license term for a previously-activated Samsara Software license under this Order Form, the License Start Date for the renewal license term shall be the day that Samsara extends your access to the Hosted Software for the renewal license term.
Datameer represents and warrants that the Datameer Product will function substantially in accordance with the documentation for a period of ninety (90) days following the Activation Date or Subscription License Start Date, set forth in the applicable Order Confirmation.
Datameer shall indemnify, defend, or at its option settle, any third party claim or suit against Customer based on a claim that the Datameer Product infringes any copyright, trade secret or United States patent issued as of the Activation Date or Subscription License Start Date, set forth in the applicable Order Confirmation.
More Definitions of License Start Date
License Start Date means, if not specified in the License Start Date table above or otherwise herein, with respect to each Enrollment Product, the first date any of your students enroll in that Enrollment Product during the Term. If you have Enrollment Funds available from a Prior Order for the same Enrollment Product, the License Start Date for the same Enrollment Product purchased pursuant to this Order shall be the date on which Enrollment Funds from the Prior Order have been exhausted.
License Start Date means, with respect to specific Software, the date on which Customer receives the first copy of that Software.
License Start Date means the date of first delivery of the Design Materials to Licensee.
