License Start Date definition

License Start Date means (a) the license start date described in the applicable Order Form; or (b) if applicable, for Purchase Orders issued by a Samsara reseller where the applicable purchase or procurement of Products is not also documented by a Quote, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, the reseller agreement between such reseller and Samsara, or the applicable Purchase Order: (i) the day Samsara activates the applicable Samsara Software license by providing Customer a claim number and access to the Hosted Software (for clarity, if Hardware associated with a then-unactivated Samsara Software license will be shipped to Customer under the applicable Order Form, such Samsara Software license will be activated on the day the Samsara Hardware ships); or (ii) if Customer is renewing the license term for a previously-activated Samsara Software license, the day that Samsara extends Customer’s access to the Hosted Software for the renewal license term.
License Start Date means, for the Licensed Products set forth in the initial Order, the first day of the month in which the first individual User Account is enabled for (or begins) Production Use.
License Start Date means the date of first delivery of the Design Materials to Licensee.

Examples of License Start Date in a sentence

  • The Services shall be deemed “accepted” as of the applicable License Start Date in the Order Form.

  • If End Customer has opted to (1) create a learning plan for its users or (2) implement Single Sign-On (“SSO”), End Customer shall reasonably and timely provide Coursera with all requested materials, APIs, systems information, Course and/or Specialization choices, and any other cooperation necessary to allow the Platform to be implemented (including testing and debugging) on or before the License Start Date.

  • As of the License Start Date, as defined below and as further detailed in the applicable Order Form, Coursera, Inc.

  • If End Customer does not provide the access and assistance listed above, the Coursera portal may use a standard configuration and the applicable License Start Date shall not change.

  • The term of the Order Form shall commence on the date that the Order Form is signed and/or accepted by Coursera (the “Effective Date”) and shall continue in full force and effect for the agreed upon period from the License Start Date, unless terminated (the “Term”).


More Definitions of License Start Date

License Start Date means the date that Coursera gives “super administrator” access to End Customer, which shall give the End Customer the ability to invite Users to access Content Services. The License Start Date shall be evidenced by an e- mail notification to the End Customer. If this Order Form is issued, executed, or otherwise processed after the earliest Start Date listed therein, Coursera may adjust the Start Date(s) and End Date(s), without increasing the total price or altering the term length, based on the date Coursera provides super administrator access to the End Customer. “User Services” means (i) customized landing page featuring the End Customer’s logo and selected courses, (ii) User engagement reports, (iii) payment solution(s) that allow Users to seamlessly access premium course experiences and skip checkout, and (iv) enterprise-level User support. “Content Services” means access to Coursera’s Course and/or Specialization certificate service, including access to Course assessments and grades, for certain massive online open content offerings to be mutually agreed upon in writing by Coursera and End Customer. “Courses” or “Specializations” means courses and specializations from the world’s top universities and instructors, for consumption via the proprietary platform developed by Coursera (“Platform”). “User License” means the right for a single User to access the Content Services for an unlimited number of Enrollments. “Enrollment” means registration to participate in a single Course, and such Enrollment shall be deemed used once a User registers for a Course and does not either (i) manually opt out or (ii) automatically unenrolled due to low activity, in both cases during the trial period. If a Course or Specialization becomes unavailable prior to the end of the Term, Coursera may replace such Course or Specialization with a reasonable alternative Course or Specialization. The Courses and Specializations offered in the Coursera for Government catalogue are determined by such factors as availability, pricing, and/or other restrictions. User Licenses are transferable among Users, provided however, Users will lose paid access to all then-enrolled Courses if they are not holding a User License (or other paid Enrollment) through completion of such Courses. “LMS Integration” shall mean that Coursera will configure the Coursera for Government API’s data exchange to the specifications for End Customer’s learning management system (“LMS”) to enable the LMS to sync w...

License Start Date of each Program License shall mean the license start date set forth on the applicable Order Form.
License Start Date means, with respect to specific Software, the date on which Customer receives the first copy of that Software.
License Start Date means the first day of the respective Subscription Period as specified in an Order.
License Start Date or "Go-Live" means the date in which (a) 3M has completed all installation and training tasks and the respective module(s) of Software CSI are made available to Client's Authorized Users for actual production use in a live environment, or (b) the Software CSI designated Client-installable ("CI"), is "delivered" to Client, or (c) 3M provides Client with access to and use of the Software (ASP). "Delivered" means (i) Client has downloaded the Software CSI from 3M's website, or (ii) seven (7) calendar days after 3M ships the Software CSI media to Client, or (iii) Client has taken physical possession of any Purchased Equipment. For the avoidance of doubt, unless set forth otherwise on the respective Schedule, the Go-Live Date shall be set regardless if Customer elects not to install the Software CSI designated Cl or use the Software after the Go-Live Date.
License Start Date is the date specified in the Order Form for when the Term. If no specific License Start date is specified, then the License Start Date will be the Effective Date.
